As the name suggests, and as you can see from the screen shot below, it supplements your mouse cursor with a large, prominent on-screen pointer stick. You can easily change the stick's colour, including to a rather fetching gold effect. You can also specify just how transparent, or not, the stick is. The program is designed for when you're demonstrating your PC to others, either in person or on a projector. It's also really handy if you often have trouble seeing quite where your mouse cursor is.
